This Site was established in 1997 and is owned and operated by an independent Consultants  Annette & Mike Cook Trading as Orinet .It exists to cater for those who have lost contact with their consultant and wish to purchase from us or who wish to earn money by becoming an UK Oriflame Consultant.

This site is provided by Orinet as a service. By using or any other website owned or operated by Us , you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of use If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our websites. Where We Deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands). We also deliver worldwide and  EU countries in  non-Oriflame markets

Please note due to new rules as of Jan 2013 on the shipping of Prohibited items such as Perfumes , Nail Varnish and aerosol cans we can not send these items outside the  UK

Delivery Time is within 14 working days for the UK & 25  working days for the rest of the world .Our products are delivered to us from our Factory in Poland. They take approximately 5-6 working days to reach us and are then individually packaged up and sent on to our loyal customers. You will always receive an order acknowledgement, order confirmation, and dispatch email for every order so you can track the progress of your items.

We ask that you give it 10 days from ordering before querying the whereabouts of your order due to the distance your products have to travel before they get to you. We do aim to deliver all orders within 7-10 days from the date the order is placed

·Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).
·Delivery will be through Royal Mail
·If you are not in when the Royal Mail attempts delivery, they will leave a card for you telling you how you may collect your order. ( please be aware that not all postmen do this so if in doubt please track your order)
·You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you. We can not be held responsible for any incorrect delivery address that you made at the time of the order

International Orders
If you are outside the UK you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods, including complying with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of any items purchased from this Website into the country of destination


Import duties and taxes When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the items purchased, are delivered to your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Lost /missing Items
On occasion items may be lost in the post or the contents missing . Once items have been identified as having been lost or missing by Royal mail, you will receive a full refund . Before any refund is given  Royal mail Must confirm to us in writting of the loss this can take 30 days . If you do not receive an item that you have ordered please contact us.

Damaged/Broken products                                                                                                 
Whist every care is taken with packaging your items on occasion products might have been damaged or broken in transit. If this is the case please take a picture of the product  and email this to us to enable us to claim against insurance . You will receive a full refund less postage or a replacement product subject to you taking a picture and emailing us .

Refunds & Returns Policy
  If our products are anything less than our customer's expectations we  will offer ar full refund less postage direct to your card account (subject to you returning your purchase by recorded delivery  this is at the customers own expense)This unconditional guarantee is only valid for a period of 30 days from date of purchase from this web shop only and claims after this period will not be valid.You must inform us BEFORE you return any products to us and also email a tracking number of any returned goods to us
