We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands). We also delivery to USA, Canada and most EU countries

Delivery Time is within 8 working days for the UK & 15 working days for the EU USA CA

Please note the following:

·Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).
·Delivery will be through Royal Mail and subject to their terms.
·If you are not in when the Royal Mail attempts delivery, they will leave a card for you telling you how you may collect your order. ( please be aware that not all postmen do this so if in doubt please track your order)
·You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.

We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed and when the order has been despatched You can track you order by using the tracking number and the postal companies services below.

Import duties and taxes When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the items purchased, are delivered to your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Perfumes/Fragrances, Spray cans and Nail polishes please note customers buying these products from outside the EU – will be sent by surface mail and not airmail.  and can take up to 60 days to arrive.

Lost /missing ItemsOn occasion items may be lost in the post or the contents missing . Once items have been identified as having been lost or missing by Royal mail, you will receive a full refund or replacement . Before any refund is given  Royal mail Must confirm to us in writting of the loss. If you do not receive an item that you have ordered please contact us.

Damaged/Broken products                                                                                                 
Whist every care is taken with packaging your items on occasion products might have been damaged or broken in transit. If this is the case please return the product to us to enable us to claim against insurance for you. You will receive a full refund less postage or a replacement product subject to you returning your purchase by recorded delivery.

Refunds & Returns Policy
Oriflame wants you to trust our commitment to excellence. If our products are anything less than our customer's expectations we  will offer an exchange or full refund less postage direct to your card account (subject to you returning your purchase by recorded delivery)
